diet tips that helped me: 1. share your food 2. go on long walks 3. slowly go down to 1,000 to 500 cal a day 4. go on a walk at night and make sure it really tires you out so you can just fall asleep 5. eat a big breakfast 140-300 cal (cereal + milk, oatmeal) and then eat a med. size lunch (apple + 1/2 sandwich) and for dinner just salad and fruits. 6. drink lots of ice water
